Well I'm dissapointed in myself even more so that Fenrir is the only one who managed to get pics up but I'm sorry I can't go on throughout the year, I failed to find the time or commitment to paint 1 model let alone the 20 odd I've set myself some months.

I feel like a twat dropping out straight away but I don't have the time especially since I have more unexpected exams and I've just restarted Airsofting which is taking up weekends and money.

I hope everyone else can stay in, congratz Fenrir for all the work you've done this month!

Lol, I guess so. It's been difficult to do though...I'm surprised I've kept at it (though it's probably be out of fear of being flailed by gaarew from the other side of the world )

Seeing as I'm only going for 1000 points, the loss of a month doesn't affect me too much. I've still got one free month left in hand, but I'll try and get my first 100 up this month.

it sucks when you can't quite keep up with what you wanted to do. Sorry about your drop out RC but it's good. I haven't posted a single picture due to "Technical Difficultys" but i did just finish painting my first 90pts worth the other day.
To make up for it me and a friend (Who i'm trying to get to sign up here) will be recording a battle that we will be having tommorw (40k battle unfortnatly as he doesn't play LOTR) and i might be able to upload that.

So your just doing a wash for the skin Fen? It gives good results. The goblin skin is the one thing I'm unsure how to paint yet, though I'm thinking I'm going to mix it up into different shades like Orcs.
Your Warg fur also looks pretty good. Just realised that you've converted the base of your Warg Chieftan?
I've already got Gondorians ready and I was planning to work on them anyway, still deciding whether they'll have a fixed timeline as well or whether I'll do them when I want a break. And if I do, gotta work out how to do any conversions I was planning... I think that's going to be the main decision.

Yeah, I changed bases because I have another Warg Chieftain to do next month in March, and more in following months, so I don't want 'em all to look the same...they'll have different fur colours, but still.
